From the box:Tyrannosaurus ("tyrant lizard") was the largest known carnivore that ever walked the earth. Its monstrous jaws were lined with 7-inch long serrated teeth that could cut through flesh like steak knives. It had powerful hind legs with enormous, talon-like claws that were used to grip its prey. The two-fingered forelimbs appear to have had some purpose, however, paleontologists (fossil experts) have not been able to determine what that purpose was.
