From the box: The Spinosaurus ("thorn lizard") was a huge bipedal flesh-eater. It had a skin sail running along its spine that was supported by long blade-like spines that grew out of the backbone. The backbone grew to almost 6 feet in height. This sail was probably used as a radiator to regulate body temperature. Its teeth were straight and non-serrated, very similar to today's crocodile.
