Brick Rules, The Dice Game

This game may be played with 6 to 36 dice with 2 to 6 players. (Higher numbers of dice are better with more players.)

1. To begin the first round, each player rolls one die. Highest roll takes up ALL the dice and rolls them out.

2. The dice are sorted by number (ones are removed from play.)

3. The next player to the left chooses which numbered set of dice to roll. After the roll, the player sets aside all dice that are the same as the numbered set he rolled. Ones are again removed from play, and the remaining dice are sorted into original stacks. (For example: a player picks up the set of dice with the 3 turned by. There happen to be seven dice in this set. He rolls 2 ones, 1 two, 3 threes, 0 fours, 1 five and 1 six. The ones are removed from play. The two is placed in the two set, the threes are set aside for the rolling player. All fours, fives and sixes are placed in their respective sets.)

4. Now the next player to the left repeats step three. Play continues until there are no dice left in play.

5. Add the pips (dots on the dice) collected by each player to the player's score. Play to 100 or when the dice run out.
